The position:

The Customer Support Specialist with German will provide technical support:

• Answering telephone calls and dealing with them efficiently to ensure a positive experience
• Escalating calls that cannot be resolved locally
• Assuming responsibility and ownership for all relevant customer inquiries
• Positively managing internal relationships

The requirements:

• Proficiency in German and working level of English
• Willingness to develop and make use of your language skills
• Strong computer literacy
• Good analytical skills
• Excellent customer handling skills
