and optimization of different IT operations, is looking to recruit for its start-up office in Sofia


SUPPORT ENGINEERS WITH POLISH LANGUAGE


Being part of the support team you will be responsible for analyzing and solving open cases/tickets taken out of company's
logs as well as to support corporate clients mainly by mail.


Job requirements:

-Solid knowledge and/or experience in XML, JavaScript, Operational Systems and/or Database
- Excellent command of Polish language and good level of English
- Very good analytical, problem diagnosis and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Eager to gain hands-on experience in a highly complex IT environment

The following will be considered as an advantage:

-Knowledge in software management systems such as uCMDB, BAC, SM ,SA, OVO, NNM.
-Some experience in support center with Polish language
